A view on my beloved sport football and the early days of its demise as a spontaneously passionate sport based on a level playing field.
This has been slowly coming since big business realised the impact of the peoples sport and like all popular grassroots culture it is eventually commandeered by commerce.
Aunties Advice
A great Auntie of mine would regale stories of my Grandad Jim who lost his wife, my Nan, to Tuberculosis. He would regularly be decorating at a woman's house across the street, far too regular my Auntie used to say with a nod and a wink.
Head Blues
Thoughts are not real they are stories that we make up in our heads and can be both positive and negative. We need to let go but sometimes they build up in our heads and this spoken word describes a morning when they hang around bringing me down.
